Cancellation & Refund Policy
REVENUE DEALER MARTECH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. This page outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. When Cancellation Requests Are Accepted
We consider cancellation requests only when they are submitted immediately after an order is placed. Requests submitted after vendors have already begun fulfilment or shipping may be denied.
2. Items Not Eligible for Cancellation
Perishable items (such as flowers and food) cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. However, refunds or replacements may be available if quality issues are documented and reported promptly.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify our support team within the relevant timeframe stated in your order confirmation. The merchant will verify the damage or defect before processing any refund or replacement.
Reports submitted after the stated window may not qualify for a refund.
4. Products Not Matching Description
If a product does not match the description on the website or does not meet your reasonable expectations, you must notify our support team on the same day you receive the product. Our team will review your complaint and make a determination accordingly.
5. Manufacturer Warranties
For items covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. We will provide reasonable assistance in facilitating contact with the relevant manufacturer.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, it typically takes 1–2 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Subscription & Membership Cancellations
Memberships and recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods unless explicitly stated.
