// THE DIFFERENCE
We don't just develop AI products. We help build businesses around them.
AI made creating products faster. It did not make building a business easier — that still depends on harder questions being answered before a single line of code is worth writing.
- What should we build?
- Who needs it?
- What problem does it solve?
- Why would someone pay?
- Who already competes?
- What should the MVP contain?
- How could it make money?
- How would customers be acquired?
- DISCOVER
- RESEARCH
- VALIDATE
- MONETIZE
- BUILD
- LAUNCH
RevenueDealer combines business research, product strategy, AI development, automation and launch execution in one place.

// TWO WAYS IN
You don't need everything figured out.
I already have an idea
You have an AI product or business concept and want help researching, validating and building it.
I don't know what to build
You want to move into the AI business space but need help exploring opportunities worth investigating.
// HOW IT WORKS
From opportunity to launch.
Eight stages, each one earning the next. Where a venture starts and how far it goes depends on what the work uncovers.
Discover
Explore problems, trends, markets and opportunities worth pursuing.
Research
Look at the customers, the competition, and the alternatives people already use.
Validate
Work out whether the concept warrants deeper investment before committing to a build.
Monetize
Decide how the venture could make money, and what has to be true for that to hold.
Blueprint
Set the business model, the MVP scope, the UX, the technology and the execution roadmap.
Build
Develop the application, the AI infrastructure, the integrations and the automation behind them.
Launch
Put the product and the go-to-market infrastructure live together.
Grow
Continue with development, automation, marketing and customer acquisition after launch.
// BUSINESS MODELS
Different AI businesses. Different ways to make money.
The same technology can be sold in very different ways. Which models fit depends on the product, the market and the customer you are serving.
// input

No model guarantees revenue. Which of these can work — and at what price — depends entirely on the product, the market and the customer.
Technology creates the product. The business model creates the business.
// WHERE TO LOOK
AI businesses often start with an industry problem.
AI opportunities don't always begin with technology — they can begin with an industry problem worth solving.
// NON-TECHNICAL FOUNDERS
You don’t need to be technical. You need the ambition to build.
RevenueDealer can translate a business concept into product requirements, technology, AI infrastructure, automation and execution.
// WHO IT'S FOR
Built for people who want to own a business.
The studio works best when you bring one real advantage — capital, a market, domain knowledge or an audience. Here is where people usually fit.
ENTREPRENEURS
You want to own an AI business, not a side project. You bring intent and capital; we bring the idea validation, the product build and the go-to-market plan around it.
NON-TECHNICAL FOUNDERS
You can see the opportunity but can't build it, and hiring a dev shop still leaves you deciding what to build. We handle the technical side end to end while you stay the owner.
EXISTING BUSINESS OWNERS
You already have customers, cashflow and a market you understand. An AI product built on that base becomes a second revenue line instead of a standalone bet.
INDUSTRY EXPERTS
You know where the real inefficiency sits in your industry — the workflow everyone still does manually. That domain knowledge is the hardest input to buy, and it becomes the product.
AGENCIES
You deliver client work for a fee and own none of the upside. Turning your repeatable service into a productised AI tool gives you something that keeps earning between retainers.
CREATORS / AUDIENCE OWNERS
You already have distribution — the thing most AI startups die without. A product built for the audience you already reach starts with a warm launch channel on day one.
INVESTORS / CAPITAL PARTNERS
You want exposure to AI ventures with a builder attached, not a pitch deck. We build alongside you, with scope, ownership and involvement agreed in writing before anything starts.

// FAQ
The questions worth asking first.
Straight answers, including where the honest answer is “it depends”. Anything not covered here is fair game on the strategy session.
- A venture studio builds businesses rather than only investing in them or taking build orders. In an AI venture studio, the same team works through the idea, the market research, the validation, the monetisation model and then the actual product build. The point is that strategy and engineering sit in one place, so the thing that gets built is the thing the market was tested for. You end up owning an operating business, not a repository.
- We take an AI business from idea to launched product with you: opportunity discovery, market and competitor research, validation, monetisation and pricing, MVP scope, the build itself, and the go-to-market engine that brings the first customers. If you arrive without an idea, we start at discovery; if you arrive with one, we pressure-test it before writing code. Scope, timeline and cost for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
- Yes — that is one of the most common starting points. We work backwards from what you actually have: your industry knowledge, existing customers, capital, audience or team, and where AI genuinely removes cost or unlocks revenue in that space. From there we shortlist opportunities and stress-test them against real demand signals and competition before committing to one. Not having an idea is a normal place to start; not having any advantage is harder.
- Most fall into a few shapes: vertical AI SaaS for a specific industry, AI agents that run a workflow end to end, internal-tool-turned-product platforms, AI-assisted marketplaces or lead engines, and productised services with an AI layer doing the repetitive work. The right shape depends on your market, your capital and how much operational involvement you want. We choose the shape during strategy, not by default.
- Yes. We build web applications, SaaS platforms, AI agents and automation systems, including the parts founders often forget — authentication, billing, admin, analytics and the data plumbing the AI depends on. We work with current model providers and pick the stack to fit the product, not the other way round. The MVP is scoped to reach real users quickly rather than to look complete.
- No. Most of the people we build with are not engineers, and the technical execution is our side of the table. What matters far more is your judgement about the market, your willingness to make decisions and your involvement in getting the product in front of customers. We explain the technical choices in plain language so you can own them without writing code.
- No. New ventures involve commercial risk. RevenueDealer does not guarantee revenue, profitability or investment returns. What we commit to is the quality of the research, the build and the go-to-market work — the market's response is never something anyone can promise.
- Submitting your AI Venture application is free. If you choose to proceed to a private 1-to-1 strategy session, a nominal consultation fee applies; the session involves dedicated strategic time and is intended for serious business enquiries. The applicable fee is shown before payment or scheduling, so nothing is charged without you seeing it first.
- It depends entirely on scope — a focused agent or single-workflow tool is a very different timeline from a multi-sided platform with integrations and billing. Timelines are discussed on the strategy call once we know what the product actually needs to do, and then committed in the engagement scope. We would rather give you a real estimate against a defined scope than a fixed promise on a landing page.
- You leave the session with a clearer view of the opportunity, the shape of the product and what building it would realistically take. If it makes sense to continue, we scope the engagement in writing — deliverables, timeline, cost and who does what — before any commitment. If it doesn't make sense, we will say so plainly; there is no obligation to proceed.
